English translation

[4147] 7 - (...) Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ visited me while I was sick, and Abû Bakr was with him. (They came) walking and found me unconscious. The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ performed Wudû. Then he poured some of the water on me, and I regained consciousness, and saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ there. I said: 'O Messenger of Allāh, what should I do with my wealth?' He did not give me any reply until the Verse of inheritance was revealed."
