[4201] 31 - (...) It was narrated from Jâbir that the Prophet ﷺ said: "A gift for life is part of the estate of its owner."

Arabic text

31 - (1625) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا»
