English translation
[4448] 33 - (1704) It was narrated from Abû Hurairah and Zaid bin Khâlid Al-Juhanî that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ was asked about a slave woman... a similar report (as no. 4447).

٣٣ - (١٧٠٤) وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ. أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ. قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله بن عتبة، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ. بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمَا. وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ قَوْلَ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ: وَالضَّفِيرُ الْحَبْلُ.
