[4810] 70 - (...) Abū Az-Zubair told me that he heard Jābir being asked: “Did the Prophet ﷺ accept the oath of allegiance in Dhul-Hulaifah?” He said: “No, but he offered prayers there. And he did not receive the oath of allegiance beside any tree except the tree that was in Al-Ḥudaibiyah.” Ibn Juraij said: “Abū Az-Zubair told me that he heard Jābir bin ‘Abdullāh say: ‘The Prophet ﷺ prayed (offered supplication) over the well of Al-Ḥudaibiyah.’”
70 - (1856) وحَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَعْوَرُ، مَوْلَى سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُجَالِدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا، يَسْأَلُ، هَلْ بَايَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ؟ فَقَالَ: «لَا، وَلَكِنْ صَلَّى بِهَا، وَلَمْ يُبَايِعْ عِنْدَ شَجَرَةٍ، إِلَّا الشَّجَرَةَ الَّتِي بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ» قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، يَقُولُ: «دَعَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى بِئْرِ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ»
