English translation

[4821] 79 - (...) It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Al-Mūsâyyab that his father said: "I saw the tree, then I went there after that and I could not locate it."

79 - (1859) وحَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابةُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ الشَّجَرَةَ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهَا بَعْدُ فَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهَا»
