English translation
[4838] (...) It was narrated from ‘Ubaidullâh with this chain of narration (a Hadîth similar to no. 4837), except that in their Hadîth it says: “I was fourteen years old and he thought I was too young.”

(1868) - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ يَعْنِي الثَّقَفِيَّ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِهِمْ، وَأَنَا ابْنُ أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً، فَاسْتَصْغَرَنِي
