English translation

[4845] 96 - (1871) It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."

Arabic text

٩٦ - (١٨٧١) حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى. قال: قرأت على مالك عن نافع، عن ابن عمر؛ إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ (الْخَيْلُ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ القيامة).
