English translation
[4921] (...) It was narrated that Abû Mûsâ said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ came to us and we said: 'O Messenger of Allâh, a man among us may fight to display his courage...' and he mentioned a similar report (as no. 4920)."

(1904) - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ: أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ مِنَّا شَجَاعَةً فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
