English translation
[4943] (...) Suhail narrated it with this chain of narration (a Hadîth similar to no. 4942), and in his Hadîth he said: "Uбайдوللّٰه بن ميّسام narrated to me from Abû Şâlih, and he added: 'And the one who drowns is a martyr.'"

2 - وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَفِي حَدِيثِهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ: «وَالْغَرِقُ شَهِيدٌ»
