English translation

[5066] (...) It was narrated from Al-Aswad bin Qais with this chain of narrators, and he said: “In the Name of Allâh,” like the Hadîth of Abul-Ahwas.

Arabic text

(1960) - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَقَالَا: عَلَى اسْمِ اللهِ كَحَدِيثِ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ
