[5689] 31 - (2179) It was narrated from Abû Hurairah that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "If one of you gets up" – and in the Ĥadîth of Abû 'Awânah: "Whoever gets up" – "from his spot and then comes back to it, he has more right to it."
31 - (2179) وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ: أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ» وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ «مَنْ قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»
