[6491] 224 - ( ... ) It was narrated that 'Umar bin A]-Khattâb said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The best of the Ta hi 'In will be a man who is called Uwais, and he will have a mother, and he will have had leprosy. Tell him to pray for forgiveness for you."
224 - (2542) حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ خَيْرَ التَّابِعِينَ رَجُلٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ أُوَيْسٌ، وَلَهُ وَالِدَةٌ وَكَانَ بِهِ بَيَاضٌ فَمُرُوهُ فَلْيَسْتَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ»
