English translation
[6671] 129 - (...) It was narrated from Abû Hurairah that the Prophet ﷺ said: "I saw a man enjoying himself in Paradise because of a tree that he cut down in the road, that used to cause annoyance to the people."

129 - (1914) حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَجُلًا يَتَقَلَّبُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، فِي شَجَرَةٍ قَطَعَهَا مِنْ ظَهْرِ الطَّرِيقِ، كَانَتْ تُؤْذِي النَّاسَ»
