English translation

[6945] 97 - (2740) It was narrated that Usâmah bin Zaid said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: 'I have not left behind me any Fitnah (trial) that is more harmful to men than women.'"

Arabic text

97 - (2740) حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدِي فِتْنَةً هِيَ أَضَرُّ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ»
