[7003] 41 - (...) It was narrated from Sulaimân At-Taimî with this chain of narrators. He said: “A man did something with a woman that was less than intercourse. He went to ‘Umar bin Al-Khaţţâb, who rebuked him strongly, then he went to Abû Bakr, who rebuked him strongly, then he went to the Prophet ﷺ...” and he mentioned a Hadīth like that of Yazīd and Al-Mu’tamir. 41 - (2763) حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، قَالَ: أَصَابَ رَجُلٌ مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ شَيْئًا دُونَ الْفَاحِشَةِ، فَأَتَى عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ فَعَظَّمَ عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ أَتَى أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَعَظَّمَ عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يَزِيدَ وَالْمُعْتَمِرِ
