English translation

[73] Al-Hulwānī narrated to me, he said: "I heard 'Affān say: 'I told Hammād bin Salamah a Hadīth from Ṣāliḥ Al-Murrī from Ṭāḥit. He said: "He is lying." And I told Hammām a Hadīth from Ṣāliḥ Al-Murrī and he said: "He is lying.""

وحَدَّثَنَا الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَفَّانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثْتُ حَمَّادَ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ الْمُرِّيِّ بِحَدِيثٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، فَقَالَ: «كَذَبَ» وَحَدَّثْتُ هَمَّامًا، عَنْ صَالِحٍ الْمُرِّيِّ، بِحَدِيثٍ، فَقَالَ: «كَذَبَ»
