[898] 56 - (...) A similar report (as no. 897) was narrated from Shu'bah, from Maṣṣûr with this chain, but he did not say: "Then let him choose whatever supplications he wishes."

56 - (402) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ: «ثُمَّ يَتَخَيَّرُ مِنَ الْمَسْأَلَةِ مَا شَاءَ»
