English translation
1805. It was narrated from Umm Ḥabībah that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever prays twelve Rak'ahs during the day and night, a house will be built for him in Paradise.”(Saḥīḥ)

1804 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ، عَنْ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ صَلَّى فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً بُنِيَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

Commentary
Ismāīl's disciple Yazīd bin Hārūn has narrated this Hadīth as Marfu'. Whereas Ya'la and 'Abdullāh have reported it as Mawquf, as is evident from the three upcoming narrations.
