English translation

1906. It was narrated that Abû Sa'eed said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: 'The best of perfume is musk.'" (Sahîh)

Arabic text

1905 - أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، وَشَبَابَةُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ خُلَيْدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، سَمِعَ أَبَا نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَطْيَبُ الطِّيبِ الْمِسْكُ»
