2208. It was narrated that Abû Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahmân said: "Abû Hurairah told me that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: 'Whoever spends the nights of Ramaḍân in prayer (Qiyâm) out of faith and in the hope of reward, he will be forgiven his previous sins, and whoever spends the night of Lailat Al-Qadr in prayer out of faith and in the hope of reward, he will be forgiven his previous sins.'" (Sahîh)
2206 - أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، وَأَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ، وَمَنْ قَامَ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ»
