Commentary

The valley of Muḥassir is situated between Muzdalifah and Mina. It is the valley where the army of Abrahah had been destroyed and exterminated. Nevertheless it is the site where Allâh's punishment had descended. This is why the Prophet ﷺ moved quickly through this valley.
