3082. Al-Faḍl bin 'Abbâs said: "I was riding behind the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ and he continued to hear him reciting the Talbiyah until he stoned Jamratul 'Aqabah, then when he stoned (the Jamrah) he stopped reciting the Talbiyah."(Sahîh)
3080 - أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: «كُنْتُ رِدْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَا زِلْتُ أَسْمَعُهُ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ، فَلَمَّا رَمَى قَطَعَ التَّلْبِيَةَ»

The Rami is the last rite, which a Muhrim does during the Hajj. Following it, his Ihrâm comes to an end. Therefore, the time for the Talbiyah is until the Rami. While stoning, the Takbîr is commenced.
