English translation

3337. It was narrated from 'Imrân bin Huşain that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "There is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance'[1] and no Shighâr in Islam, and whoever robs, he is not one of us." (Sahîh)

Arabic text

3335 - أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا جَلَبَ، وَلَا جَنَبَ، وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
