3751. It was narrated from Zaid bin Thâbit that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir." (Sahîh)

3721 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ»
