English translation
4058. It was narrated from Jarîr that the Prophet ﷺ said: "If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood.” (Sahih)

4053 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ»
