4060. It was narrated that Jarir said: “Any slave who runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood.” (Sahih)

4055 - أَخْبَرَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ»
