English translation

4395. It was narrated that Abû Sa'eed said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ sacrificed a horned, intact ram, with black feet, some black at the stomach and black around its eyes." (Sahîh)

Arabic text

٤٣٩٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ ‌جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: «ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِكَبْشٍ أَقْرَنَ فَحِيلٍ يَمْشِي فِي سَوَادٍ وَيَأْكُلُ فِي سَوَادٍ وَيَنْظُرُ فِي سَوَادٍ».
