English translation
4548. It was narrated from Bashîr bin Yasâr that the Companions of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ granted a concession allowing 'Arâyâ sales by estimate." (Sâhîh)

4544 - أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: «رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا»
