4610. It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that they used to buy and sell during the time of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ at the top of the marketplace without measuring. The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade them to sell it in the place where they had bought it until they moved it. (Sahīh)
4606 - أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: «أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَبْتَاعُونَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَعْلَى السُّوقِ جُزَافًا، فَنَهَاهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيعُوهُ فِي مَكَانِهِ حَتَّى يَنْقُلُوهُ»
