4633. It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allâh ﷻ prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not possess. (Hasan).
4629 - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ، وَشَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ، وَرِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ»
