English translation
4741. It was narrated from Samurah that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him." (Hasan)

4737 - أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ، وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ»
