English translation
4742. It was narrated that Samurah said: "The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him.'" (Hasan)

4738 - أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ، وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ»
