4809. It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "The blood money of a woman (in the event of injury) is like the blood money of a man, up to one-third of the Diyah (for her life)." (Da'if)
4805 - أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ، عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا»
