English translation

5106. It was narrated from Ḥuṣain, Mughīrah, and Ibn 'Awn, from Ash-Sh'aḇī, from Al-Ḥārīth, from 'Alī, that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ cursed the one who consumes Ribā, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, and the one who withholds Sadaqah (Zakāh). And he used to forbid wailing (in mourning for the dead). (Hasan) Ibn 'Awn and 'Aṭā' bin As-Sā'ib narrated it in Mursal form.
