2003. It was narrated that Al-Barā' said: "We went out with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ for a funeral, and when we reached the grave the Lahd had not yet been prepared. He sat, and we sat around him, as if there were birds on our heads.”[1] (Hasan)
2001 - أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ: «خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي جَنَازَةٍ، فَلَمَّا انْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى الْقَبْرِ وَلَمْ يُلْحَدْ، فَجَلَسَ وَجَلَسْنَا حَوْلَهُ كَأَنَّ عَلَى رُءُوسِنَا الطَّيْرَ»
