English translation
2006. It was narrated from Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh that the Prophet ﷺ commanded that those who had been killed at Uhud should be taken back to the place where they fell; they had been brought to Al-Madînah. (Sahîh)

2004 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ الْعَنَزِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلَى أُحُدٍ أَنْ يُرَدُّوا إِلَى مَصَارِعِهِمْ»، وَكَانُوا قَدْ نُقِلُوا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ
