English translation
2465. Muslim bin Thafinah narrated that Ibn 'Alqamah appointed his father to collect the Zakâh of his people – and he quoted the same Hadîth. (Shâih)

2463 - أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ ثَفِنَةَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَلْقَمَةَ اسْتَعْمَلَ أَبَاهُ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ قَوْمِهِ، وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ
