English translation

2684. It was narrated from Sālim that his father said: "I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ entering Ihrām with his hair matted." (Sahīh)

Arabic text

2683 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، عَنْ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «يُهِلُّ مُلَبِّدًا»
