English translation

2721. (Another chain) that Shaqîq said: "Aş-Subaî told us something similar, and he said: 'I came to 'Umar and told him the story,' apart from the words: 'Hey you!'" (Ṣaḥīḥ)

Arabic text

2720 - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ، عَنْ زِائِدَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا الصُّبَيُّ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ، قَالَ: فَأَتَيْتُ عُمَرَ فَقَصَصْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْقِصَّةَ إِلَّا قَوْلَهُ يَا هَنَاهْ
