English translation

2779. It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "I used to twist the garlands of the Hadî of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ, then he would stay with his family and not enter Ihram." (Sahîh)

Arabic text

2777 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «إِنْ كُنْتُ لَأَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ يُقِيمُ وَلَا يُحْرِمُ»
