English translation

2780. It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "I used to twist the garlands of the Hadî of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ, then he would garland his Hadî, then send it, then stay (with his family) and not avoid anything that the Muhrim avoids." (Sahîh)

Arabic text

2778 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الضَّعِيفُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ الْقَلَائِدَ لِهَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَيُقَلِّدُ هَدْيَهُ، ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُ بِهَا، ثُمَّ يُقِيمُ لَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا مِمَّا يَجْتَنِبُهُ الْمُحْرِمُ»
