English translation
2884. It was narrated from 'Aîshah that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "There are five kinds of vermin which may be killed outside and inside the Haram: Crows, kites, vicious dogs, scorpions and mice." (Sahîh)

2881 - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسُ فَوَاسِقَ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ "

Commentary
This theme has already been discussed earlier. The difference is that in that place there was mention of the Muḥrim, here Muḥrim is not mentioned. In other words, a Muḥrim may kill these creatures, anywhere outside of the Sacred Precinct, or the Sacred Precinct itself.
