English translation
3744. Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tâwûs say: “The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate.” (Sahih)

3714 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى، فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»
