English translation

3919. Rāfi' bin Khadīj said that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade leasing land. (Hasan) And there is some disagreement in what is narrated from Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab on it.

Arabic text

3888 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ: عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ، عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ؟ فَقَالَ: قَالَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ» وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ فِيهِ "
