4817. It was narrated from 'Abdullâh bin Buraidah, from his father, that a woman threw some pebbles and stuck another woman, and she miscarried. The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ stipulated (a Diyah of) fifty sheep for her child. And on that day, he forbade throwing pebbles. (Sahîh) Abû Nu'aim narrated it in Mursal form.
4813 - أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: «أَنَّ امْرَأَةً حَذَفَتْ امْرَأَةً فَأَسْقَطَتْ فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي وَلَدِهَا خَمْسِينَ شَاةً، وَنَهَى يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ الْخَذْفِ» أَرْسَلَهُ أَبُو نَعِيمٍ "
