English translation
5075. It was narrated from Abū Hurairah that the Prophet ﷺ said: “The Jews and the Christians do not dye their hair, so be different from them.” (Sahih)

5072 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى وَهُوَ ابْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ، وَالنَّصَارَى لَا تَصْبُغُ فَخَالِفُوهُمْ»
