5197. Ibrāhīm bin Sa'd bin Shihāb narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ... In Mursal form. (Da'if) Abū 'Abdur-Rahmān (An-Nasā'ī) said: The Mursāl narrations are more likely to be correct.

٥١٩٤ - أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْوَرْكَانِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. مُرْسَلٌ. قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : وَالْمَرَاسِيلُ أَشْبَهُ بِالصَّوَابِ، وَاللهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ.
