English translation

5377. It was narrated that Sa'eed bin Abī Al-Ḥasan said: "The pommel of the sword of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ was of silver." (Sahih)

Arabic text

5375 - أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: «كَانَتْ قَبِيعَةُ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ»
