English translation
818. It was narrated from Al-'Irbāḍ bin Sāriyah that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ used to send Ṣalāh on the first row three times and on the second row once. (Sāḥih)

817 - أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى الصَّفِّ الْأَوَّلِ ثَلَاثًا وَعَلَى الثَّانِي وَاحِدَةً»
