1147. ‘Āishah narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Indeed Allāh has made unlawful through suckling whatever He made unlawful through birth.” (Saḥīh) (Abū 'Eisā said:) This Hadīth is Hasan Sahīh, and the Hadīth of 'Alī is Sahīh. This is acted upon according to the people of knowledge in general among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ and others. We do not know of any disagreement among them about that.
١١٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ. (ح) وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا حَرَّمَ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ». هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ. وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، لَا نَعْلَمُ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ اخْتِلَافًا.
